ABOUT THE work
I'm not good at organizing things. That is why I am only presenting photos that | took ten years ago. Pehaps I am more fascinaledd by the sealed envelopes of negatives since I can show so much patience when I re-examine them today.
It used to be more imidiy than the love of photography that drove me before. I liked to hide behind the camera and view the world and myself through its lens. When I pressed the shutter, I reached a tacit agreement with the subjects in my composition. I felt both distant and intimate with them. Perhaps this was therapeutic when I was growing up.
